The FAQs below help answer questions specific to using the Auto-enrolment Planner.
What does the Auto-enrolment Planner do?
The planner creates a plan based on your staging date that maps out all of the tasks you need to complete. It also sends out regular email updates highlighting the next steps and any outstanding actions to keep you on track.
What do I need to register?
Registration is a straight forward process. You just need to supply your personal details, your company details and enter your staging date to start the plan.
What if I forget my login details?
Your username is the email address you used to register. You can reset your password online.
What if I need help using the planner?
Can I customise my plan?
Yes, you can. Simply go into any of the high level tasks and add your own sub-tasks. You can include your own notes for each task. The planner adjusts the timeline to include the additional tasks.
How will I know how long tasks should take?
We recommend allowing 6 to 12 months to complete all the required tasks ahead of your staging date. The planner automatically allocates an equal measure of time to each task. It will compress the timeline for the tasks depending on how much time you have until your staging date.
What if I don't know which provider I intend to stage with?
Don't worry, the planner takes you through all of the tasks you need to complete before your staging date. It gives you information and resources to help you at each step.
You can also ask a financial adviser to help you choose your pension provider.
How often will I receive email notifications?
That's up to you. You can choose to receive communications weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can set this up through the settings menu.
Can I change the frequency of email notifications?
Yes, you can do this through your settings menu.
What if I experience issues with the planner?
If the site isn't working as you expect, please complete the online help form, adding as much detail as possible so we can help you.
What do I do if I can't log on?
Do all staff in a firm use the same log-in details?
No, each user should register separately. However, you can share access to plans using the sharing option in the plan settings profile.
How secure is the information I enter?
Although the site itself is secure, we recommend that you don't enter sensitive information in the planner notes.
